To ensure a smooth, error-free transition from proofing to printing, we require client files to meet the following specifications:
All files should be saved as PDF (v1.6), at the final expected size, including any bleed within the bleed box outside of the document size.
Files may be submitted at proportional percentages, as long as they scale up exactly to the intended final size.
Include at least 0.5” of bleed on all sides within the bleed box. Files without bleed may have bleed generated from the file edges.
TIFFs and JPEGs are acceptable but must be saved at the final expected size. We will generate the bleed on our end.
All files must be saved in CMYK. RGB files will be converted to CMYK, which could result in unexpected color shifts.
All transparencies must be flattened. Fonts must be outlined, and all images should be embedded.
Any specific Pantone colors required for color matching must be included within the files and noted on the Purchase Order.
